Sticky Spot at 10/20 - What's Your Play?

Wow I just had one of those "sit back, do nothing wrong and watch your money disappear" sessions. Lost $11K in 500 hands and was $12K below-EV. One of my tables was a Cereus ante table which plays super aggressively because it has $5 antes at 10/20 rather than the $3 that FTP has. There I managed to run AKs into KK and AQs into AA four-handed and when I finally got it in good with KK v 44 I couldn't hold.

The only hand of note that I lost that I think is debatable is the following. I think it's a really interesting spot for reasons that probably aren't immediately obvious but I won't elaborate why because it might sway people's responses. Let me know what you think!

No-Limit Hold'em, $20.00 BB (3 handed) - Hold'em Manager Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com

SB ($2000)
Hero (BB) ($3856)
Button ($3339)

Preflop: Hero is BB with 5, 5

Button bets $70, 1 fold, Hero raises to $230, Button calls $160

Flop: ($470) 4, 7, 6 (2 players)

Hero bets $320, Button calls $320

Turn: ($1110) K (2 players)

Hero?

Total pot: $1110

im a huge donk, but i'd probably have checked that flop w intentions of checkraising oop. as played i'd probably check/fold the turn or check/call the river (somewhat depending on the card) if he doesnt bet the turn.

results?

i would check/raise get it in on the turn because i would believe he gets any flush draw in on the flop and checking is fine as we aren't too worried about giving free cards and we can safely c/f the river after he checks turn

i don't see him betting the turn with a hand that has us beat except KQ that decided to float flop but thats pretty much it. so once we check and he bets i think his range is mostly air that floated because its 3-handed and youre deep

imo he checks behind with a hand like AhQx because he has sd value and it would suck for him to be check/raised on the turn

what do you think?

actually i think it should be a c/c and c/f river ui

B/f turn to fold out better mid pair holdings as probs not ahead of his flop calling range, if he calls give up and say a little prayer, altho id prob three barrel
